Politics Having had a bit of a Sam Seaborn kind of a day in relation to smears and polls, I was pleased to have a West Wing moment in the back of the taxi home:
Me: Um, do mind if I ask you a question?
Driver: Yes?
Me: Who do you think you'll be voting for?
Driver: Well, I've always voted Labour before but I quite like the Liberal Democrats. That Nick Clegg talks a lot of sense.
Me: [grins]
And W. Snuffy Walden's music floats through the air as I look out of the window as the taxi dodges through the streets towards home.
It's all about tonight (ish).
