Music A corrective to Dorian Lynskey's rather good piece about how the Roy Kerr's mash-up of The Strokes' Hard to Explain with the vocal from Christina Aguilera's Genie in a Bottle defined the music of this decade. Lynskey says it was never released, but a cover version (cash in) was turned out by Glaswegian group Speedway, reaching #10 in the hit parade. Here's the rather good video which has nothing to do with the lyrics but offers death defying stunts:
