Music Back in 2008, Nellie McKay's TED "talk" consisted of
a short set of her songs including the above, Mother of Pearl. In the prevailing maelstrom on Twitter, it's desperately disappointing in gender embarrassment terms to see just how many of these lyrics I've seen said in all seriousness by men @ women as though they have any right too
and when they're criticised for it saying "I'm entitled to my opinion." No, no you're not.
