My name's Kevin.... but I get called Keith at least once a week at work. I got a "John" once as well.
Ha, I forgot to include the fact that people do actually think I'm called Diane on occasion! (Good job mine was an incomplete list, eh?) Weird about the middle name thing, though. And James — what the heck?
I know! It was at a party or a night out I think. There had been introductions and they'd misheard and proceeded under the James assumption. I just let them. I didn't see the point in embarrassing them when I knew I'd never see them again.
