This colosseum shaped edifice doesn't look like a native Odeon build and sure enough, as Cinema Treasures explains, it was originally a UCI site, part of The Filmworks sub-chain. It hasn't changed much comparing their old photo to this close-up I took on the day and Google Street View. The Pizza Hut is still open.

Having missed the midday lieMAX screening, I settled for the next available and once again on this adventure found myself in a completely empty auditorium but for myself. Due to the incredibly hot weather, the aircon was cranked up inside and since I'd only worn a t-shirt, I froze. Had to deal with a low end buzzing sound from the speakers throughout which I mentioned to an usher at the start but wasn't dealt with. The manager had apparently been informed but did nothing/forgot.
