I'm possibly wrong, but if you have an active Blogger account (which you do) you can have one anyway -- go to the Blogger Dashboard (http://www.blogger.com/) and there should be an option under Try Gmail? Let me know if I'm wrong -- also if that doesn't work hyperwatchtick email me direct -- I don't have an email address for you...)
